Chico is a small (population of around 80,000) town in Northern California. The
town was founded in the 1850's by General Bidwell and is in the Sacramento Valley
near the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Chico has the second largest
municipal park in the U.S. (Bidwell Park - site of the 30's version of Robin Hood),
California State University@Chico,
the Sierra Nevada
and Butte Creek
